Meet
We'll schedule a time to meet in-person or via Zoom, whichever you prefer! This is a great time for you to ask any miscellaneous questions you may have. We'll go over your timeline, which package would fit your needs and wants best, our contract, and plan your engagement photos!
Reserve your date
I'll send you a contract to sign, once it is signed and I receive a 30% retainer, your date is reserved!

At any point, if I have someone else inquire about your date before you have officially reserved it, I'll let you know asap!​
Stay in touch
Each of my wedding packages come with unlimited meetings with me- you're welcome to take advantage of this or to shoot me texts and emails as much or as little as you'd like or need, and I will check in with you every so often!

I have a documentary-style approach during most of the day, but during specific times, including bride and groom portraits, family formal photos, and wedding party photos, I take a more hands-on approach!​​​
Previews & gallery delivery!
You can expect to receive a handful of previews within 48 hours, and your full gallery within 6 weeks, or what your contract states. You're welcome to print, share, and download your photos as you'd like! Your complementary 10-page album will arrive around 1-3 weeks after your online digital gallery is ready.

Aligning Priorities
I believe each wedding should be unique. I don't apply a cookie-cutter template to timeline planning or your wedding photos in general. I also don’t think your wedding should feel like an all-day photoshoot- I want your wedding (and engagement photos!) to look and feel like you and to reflect what is important to you. My goal is to get to know your priorities so that I can align mine with yours. That’s why I like to meet at least twice before your wedding day, once before booking to see if we're a good fit, and again 2-3 weeks before your wedding day.
How I Approach your Day
I’d describe my style as emotion-focused storytelling, with a documentary approach during most of the day, and a traditional style during family and bridal party formals. I follow the emotion throughout the day, anticipating moments as the day unfolds.
Coverage and Custom Packages
I offer wedding weekend coverage ranging from 4 to 16 hours. These hours can be used for events like your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or farewell brunch coverage. What You’ll Receive in Your Gallery
I return all of the best images, and leave it up to you to decide which are your top favorites. Every photo in your gallery comes with full printing rights. If I think there’s even a small chance you may love a photo, I include it. I always recommend scrolling through a full wedding day gallery to get a feel of what a complete day looks like.
Digital + 35mm Film (Optional)
I typically shoot 98-100% digital, with an occasional half-roll of film. If you love film and would like more film coverage, just let me know and we can talk about adding more.
Must-Have Photos
There are certain moments I always make sure to capture, but I don’t manufacture moments that wouldn’t naturally happen if we haven't talked about it. If there’s something important to you that might not naturally happen, just let me know ahead of time and I’ll make sure it’s included.
Included Engagement Session
I encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary engagement session included in every wedding package! You’re welcome to include up to three outfits and up to two locations.
