WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
I suggest dressing both for the season and the specific weather of the day. Layers are great options to make sure you’re neither too hot, nor too cold - I want you to be comfortable temperature-wise! It helps to stick with fabrics that don’t wrinkle easily. As far as colors and patterns, I suggest sticking with patternless neutrals, pastels, and muted colors. Shades of white, beige, light pinks, and light blues are beautiful. I would stay away from large logos and neon colors, which may distract from your face!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You will receive a handful of preview photos within 48 hours from the end of your session. Your full gallery will be returned within 6 weeks after your session. For weddings: You will receive a handful of preview photos within 24 hours of the end of your wedding. Your full gallery will be returned within 4-6 weeks or the date in your contract.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! I'm located in central Iowa and serve anywhere in the country. Reach out for travel fees.
HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I PAY YOU?
For large events and weddings, I require a 30% retainer, along with a signed contract, at the time of booking to reserve your date. The rest is due at your convenience or by week before the event. For all other sessions, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your date, the rest of the amount is due a month after your session.
CAN I PRINT MY PHOTOS?
Yes! You will have full printing rights, and are welcome to print photos on your own. The site I use to deliver photos, PicTime, provides you with digital copies that you may download and share, and provides printing options. I can also design and mail to you albums and prints if you'd like.
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE SENIOR PHOTOS?
Most seniors have their senior photos taken anywhere from the spring of their Junior year to fall of Senior year. However, we can always squeeze in a senior session during the winter or spring of Senior year if needed!
